One Method for Electrical Vehicle Vibration Absorbing

Sun Zhichuan, Wu Kaiwei and Cao Junshuai,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.10.1.00109.]

This paper offers an effective method for absorbing electrical vehicle’s vibration and a way to optimize multi-degree-freedom vibration absorber parameters. Take the battery as the tuned mass of the multi-degree-freedom vibration absorber, then use steepest descent method to optimize the parameters of it. Compare and analyze the affection of vibration absorbing with the situation of vibration that not been designed. This paper offers one much effective method for electrical vehicle’s vibration absorbing, and at the same time, gives one practical way to optimize the parameters of multi-degree-freedom vibration absorber.

Mesoscopic Criteria of Fracture for Advanced High-Strength Dual-Phase Steel Sheet

Mengdi Li, Di Li, Qiutao Fu, Hui Song, Xingfeng Liu, Caifeng Sun,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.10.1.01020.]

Dual-phase steel is generally used for structural parts on the automobiles. The Gurson-Tvergaard-Needlman (GTN) model is suitable for the tensile necking fracture failure of the dual-phase steel sheet. However, the prediction of the shear fracture of the dual-phase steel under low stress triaxiality has limitations. A modified GTN model suitable for any stress triaxiality, and a new fracture mesoscopic criterion is proposed to predict the process of dual-phase steel from shear fracture to tangential fracture, and finally tensile fracture and the effectiveness of the mesoscopic criteria is verified by the experiments and simulation.

Solutions of Quasilinear Elliptic Equations Using Hö1der Continuity

Yousri. S. M. Yasin, Habeeb I. A. Ibrahim,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.10.1.02129.]

Consider a measure μj satisfies the condition that:

μj (B (χj r ))≤ M r n-1+(α-1)ε for some α > β and ε >0,

and  μj ε C 0,β1 (B XR))  assumed to be solution of the equation:

-di ν(| ∇ μj  | -1+ε ∇ μj ) =μj

We proved that, μis locally  β -Hölder continuous provides μj.

Experimental Study of Flexure and Compressive Strength of Reinforced Concrete Using Crushed Sand and Steel Fiber

Yogesh G. Mane and S. A. Gosavi ,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.10.1.03035.]

The concrete mix design is procedure of selecting good material of concrete for strength, durability and workability. Concrete has two stages plastic and hardened concrete. In plastic stage the concrete is not properly placed and compacted and in other hardened stage it is depend upon quality and quantity of cement of water and aggregate. The aim of this study is to evaluate the mechanical the mechanical properties of M25 grade concrete such as compressive, tensile, flexure, and shear strength using steel fiber.

Traffic change point detection and analysis

Jianmei Li, Chenchen Li, Xiaolin Wang, Ziwen Song, Rongji Zhang,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.10.1.03644]

Considering the time-varying and complexity of the actual traffic flow, this paper firstly introduces the theoretical knowledge of the change point analysis from the perspective of non-parametric methods in the case of unknown distribution. Then the related change point detection method is introduced. Finally, the dynamic algorithm is used to detect and estimate the actual number and position of the actual speed data of Beijing Road in Zhangdian District of Zibo City, and a result of troubleshooting the error change point is proposed. Finally, analyzed the reasons for the change point.

Review of Transportation on Big Data Applications

Yan Xingkui and Zhang Hongbin,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.10.1.04550]

With the development of information technology in China, the acquisition of big data has become relatively simple, and the application of big data in the transportation field has gradually become popular. With the enrichment of various information collection methods and collection sources, various types of transportation research based on data mining have emerged, with important research results in the field of public transportation, driving behavior, short-term traffic flow prediction, and transportation planning and management. . In order to further promote the application and research of big data in transportation, the paper focuses on the research results of big data in public transportation, traffic flow prediction and model building, and explores the future research direction of big data in the transportation field.

Intersection signal timing optimization method based on dynamic saturation flow rate

Yang Xu, Ziwen Song, Rongji Zhang, Chenchen Li, Xiaolin Wang,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.10.1.05162.]

In view of the unreasonable scheme design caused by the use of fixed parameters in the traditional timing model, this paper, on the basis of fully considering the intersection channelization and the relationship between supply and demand, first of all, finely analyzes the traffic flow release characteristics of high-load intersections, and determines the maximum release rate and duration of five stages. Then, the calculation model of total loss time of intersection is proposed, which is used as the optimization goal of signal timing at oversaturated intersection, and the optimization model of green light and signal cycle is constructed. Finally, the effectiveness of the model is verified by an example. The results show that the traffic efficiency of the intersection has been effectively improved.

Optimal design of cooling structure of water-cooled  In-wheel motor based on road excitation

Jie Feng,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.10.1.06375.]

Through the research on the characteristics of flow field and temperature field of water-cooled in-wheel motor under road excitation, it is found that under road excitation, the flow velocity of water-cooled in-wheel motor cooling system increases with the increase of road excitation, which will produce greater kinetic energy inside the cooling system and bring a threat to the sealing of the cooling system. Moreover, the temperature field distribution of the local parts of the water-cooled in-wheel motor is uneven under the excitation of road surface, which will lead to local thermal stress of the water-cooled in-wheel motor, thus increasing the risk of damage to the motor. In order to further optimize the performance of water-cooled in-wheel motor, the above situation is prevented from appearing. The inlet flow of cooling structure and the parameters of local cooling structure are optimized in this paper, in order to obtain the optimal cooling structure. Because B-class road surface is a common road surface for vehicles, the flow field and temperature field characteristics of the in-wheel motor drive system when the in-wheel motor drive vehicle travels at a medium speed (72km/h) under the excitation of B-class road surface are analyzed in this paper.

Numerical Accuracy of Simpson’s One-Third Rule

Veena Singh,[DOI: 10.24214/jecet.C.10.1.07686]

Five definite integrals have been solved by Simpson’s one-third rule at different values of upper limits in the interval [lower limit, upper limit]. The errors in the calculated values have been calculated by taking the difference between calculated values and the exact values. These errors show that the Simpson’s one-third rule is accurate up to six places after the decimal point.
